Hey, I’m Christine. I just wanted to come on here and talk a little bit about what it is that I do. You may have seen some pictures that I’ve posted on social media of a whole bunch of random houses, and you might be thinking, “What is it that Christine does again?” I’m not a realtor, but I am really good at marketing and talking to people who have distressed properties or who have houses that need work. I buy houses as is. A lot of these people that I help, they have properties that need a lot of work; the roof is leaking, the windows need to be changed, holes in the walls, trash everywhere, or maybe they inherited the house and it’s been vacant for many years, or it was a rental and the tenants left it in bad shape. And then also there’s just wear and tear.

So a lot of times the people need help with selling the property. They talk to me and I am able to help them. So I’ll go to their house and check it out, take note of all the repairs and be able to help them come up with a good offer for the house, so I get under contract to buy it. Now you might be thinking, “What does she do with all these houses? I don’t see pictures of her rehabbing them.” I actually have a lot of investor friends, they contact me every week, somebody is contacting me asking me if I have a house that I found for them, and I’m able to match them both up together. So I get to help both sides. I get to help the sellers with the house and I can take it off their shoulders and relieve that stress. And I get to help the investor because as they’re working on these houses, they don’t have time to be finding new ones, they don’t have time for all the marketing and talking and following up that I do with the sellers.

So what the investor does is they either fix up the house to rent it out and add it to their rental portfolio, or they fix it up and sell the property to a new family who makes memories there. So it’s really a win-win-win situation.
